Meeting rooms in London

Rates are set by each venue and fixed for SimpleMeet bookings only. DDR = day delegate rate per person, inclusive of VAT, covering room hire, refreshments, lunch and AV. Without lunch, the DDR is 25% less and still includes everything else in a usual day delegate rate: room hire, refreshments and AV. All bookings are charged for a minimum of 5 delegates. Some rooms have minimum numbers. If your group is much smaller than the room, the venue may add a larger room supplement or offer an alternative package or room.

Booking a meeting room in London

How much does a meeting room in London cost?

Rates are set by each venue and depend on the area, the room and what's included. Tell us your budget per head and we'll only suggest venues that fit. A day delegate rate usually covers room hire, refreshments, lunch and AV.

Can you find a London venue that isn't listed?

Yes. Send us your brief with your date, numbers and layout, and we'll come back with venue options in London. It's free for organisers.

Where is best for a meeting in London if delegates come by train?

King's Cross, St Pancras and Euston sit close together and serve the Midlands, the North and Scotland. Paddington serves the West and Wales, and the Elizabeth line runs from Paddington and Heathrow through the West End and the City.

Do you list venues in London?

We're adding venues in London now. Venues can list their rooms on SimpleMeet for £10 + VAT per room per month, plus commission only when a booking is made.

The guaranteed venue reply applies to “I want to book” requests only. Questions sent with “I need more details” are not covered. A booking request does not hold your date. No booking is confirmed until you have signed a contract with the venue. The clock runs 10am to 4pm, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Bookings made outside those hours start the clock at 10am the next working day, and time left at 4pm carries over to 10am the next working day.

  1. Search rooms that fit

    Filter by city, headcount and layout. Every listing shows capacity for each layout and the day delegate rate.

  2. Tap “I want to book”

    Pick your date, numbers and whether you need lunch. You get a confirmation number straight away. Your date isn't held until the venue replies, and if the venue reply takes more than an hour your rate drops 10%, more than two hours 20%.

  3. The venue confirms and takes it from there

    All bookings are subject to availability. Once confirmed, the venue emails you a contract and arranges payment directly. Need something unusual? Send us a brief and we'll find it.
